The aim of this conference is to <strong>increase cultural employment <\/strong>and the <strong>professionalization of<\/strong> researchers, managers and professionals working in the management of cultural heritage in rural areas. <\/p>\n<p>Download the <a href=\"https:\/\/parqueriomartin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/HACKRURAL-programa-28-y-29-de-mayo-de-2025-parque-cultural-rio-martin.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HACKRURAL Program<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The registration form for our meeting can be found at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adhocgestioncultural.es\/descripcion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.adhocgestioncultural.es\/descripcion\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>HACKRURAL arises from the need to find innovative solutions to the challenges of cultural heritage management in rural areas through the organization of an <strong>innovative and collaborative meeting <\/strong>in <strong>hackathon<\/strong> format. This <strong>collaborative work<\/strong> format invites participants to find solutions and ideas in a fast way by working together with other professionals. During 2 days of intense work, participants will exchange experiences and seek <strong>joint and innovative solutions to the challenges of the sector <\/strong>by participating in the<strong> collective development<\/strong> of a <strong>document of best practices<\/strong> on the management of heritage in rural areas.  <\/p>\n<p>HACKRURAL will begin by establishing the <strong>theoretical framework<\/strong> <strong>on the management of cultural heritage in rural areas<\/strong> and will continue by identifying the main challenges of the sector from <strong>3<\/strong> different <strong>perspectives<\/strong>: <strong>research<\/strong> and study of heritage; protection and <strong>conservation<\/strong>; and, thirdly, <strong>dissemination <\/strong>and communication. <strong>Three working groups <\/strong>will be established <strong>, <\/strong>one for each of the perspectives, where different success stories will be presented to identify good practices in the sector and collectively prepare the final document. <\/p>\n<p>This hackathon will have informal spaces for <strong>meeting<\/strong> and <strong>socializing <\/strong>and will offer different complementary activities that will allow visitors to get to know the rich heritage of the Cultural Park of the Mart\u00edn River.<\/p>\n<p>As a reward for participating in this Hackathon, participants will be invited to enjoy the <strong>unique experience of the autumn equinox in the Cultural Park of the Mart\u00edn River<\/strong> to observe how the sun passes through the rocky hollow in the Front\u00f3n de la T\u00eda Chula, this only happens twice a year, in the spring and autumn equinox. We will also visit the interpretation centers of Cave Art &#8220;Antonio Beltr\u00e1n&#8221; in Ari\u00f1o, headquarters of the Cultural Park of the Mart\u00edn River, and the one of the Iberian Culture in Oliete together with a guided visit to the Iberian site of San Pedro. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HACKRURAL is a meeting of professionals working in the conservation, dissemination and management of rural heritage.
